The availability of services is subject to the restraints of the diary of the proprietor. We therefore recommend booking services such as training well in advance to ensure availability.
Resources
Paper and stationary resources such as handouts, pens, post-it notes, large sheets of paper etc. (NB this is not an exhaustive list) will be provided by the host i.e. the establishment buying the training. Any such resources and requests for such will be made as soon as possible after booking.
Any additional digital resources will be provided after training has been completed and within 5 working days.
Copywrite and intellectual property
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are also agreeing that any resources provided to you from CAST are part of your package of services and should not be reproduced or distributed to anyone other than people in your geographical setting. You may share resources with your current staff and any future staff at the location visited, but you may not distribute to the rest of your organisation or multi-academy trust unless they were also in attendance at training.
Failure to comply with this may result in legal action being sought against your organisation.
Injury to staff
During practical sessions, staff should make me aware of any reason why they cannot take part and they will be excused from that aspect of the training. If they fail to disclose that they are not fit to take part and consequently injure themselves, C.A.S.T. will not be held legally responsible. It is the individuals responsibility to know what they can and cannot safely take part in.
Any accidental injury will be dealt with by on-site first aiders. CA.S.T. staff are not trained in first aid.

Bookings:
Bookings can be taken via email either directly or via the website. Confirmation of these will be sent via email with the price of your service request, followed up with a phone call to clarify your request for services. We will then send you a service agreement form, with the agreed services and price. This acts as a contract between C.A.S.T. and your organisation. We advise that you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Payments:
When your booking is clarified you will be sent a service agreement, which legally binds you to our services. Payment can be made on or after the completion of services, but must be paid within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Failure to do so could incur further costs. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer to the account on the invoice. Please see the full pricing list on our website.
PLEASE NOTE: Travel expenses of £0.45 per mile over 5 miles will be charged in addition to the cost of services. However, VAT is included in the service costs.
Cancellations:
We understand that schools are busy and sometimes things happen at the last minute, and we appreciate that you may need to cancel our services due to unforeseen circumstances. All we ask is that you give us 48hrs notice for cancellation so that we can arrange other work to make up the lost income. Persistent cancellations may result in the withdrawal of services.
If C.A.S.T. have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances we will rebook your services with a 10% discount to compensate you for any inconvenience caused.
